So any time you see a sale to good to be true you stay mostly away from. So when this “Mattress by appointment” come up on FB I thought it’s probably a scam but then I clicked on their profile I saw it was a building that is local! So I messaged and got a quick response that made me more curious. They asked what MY availability was and scheduled an appointment. I thought it was an AI But it was actually a real person! About an hour before my appointment, they confirmed the appointment to keep. It was really nice to have a professional experience up front. When I arrived at the warehouse They actually had mattresses you can try out 😳 it was an actual store! Jay was very professional but personable he asked me what type of mattresses I was looking for and he didn’t try to push me into buying anything I didn’t want or try to make me spend more money 💰 I appreciated that. The atmosphere was quiet and not distracting. We were so pleased with our decision to give Mattress by Appointment a try. It's great to have this option right in Sierra Vista. It seemed a strange way to buy a mattress but it's so simple. We purchased a queen mattress, adjustable frame and two twin mattresses. Jay Schmidt, the owner, is knowledgeable, efficient, personal and will do everything he can to meet your needs. It has been several months since we bought a mattress from Jay at his store and now our mattress is fully broken in. The results? Absolutely great! We told Jay what we were looking for and he quickly guided us to a few different options and had us lay on them in the store. We were able to find the best one for us.
