I visited twice as a pre-teen child and USMC military 'brat' in the 1950s and 60s. After entire family travels thru mind-numbing landscapes in a Chevy Suburban as legs of cross country transfers of duty station/base residences on muchly on old Route 66...memories are spotty to PTSD suppressed grade. There was much to see -- probably 2-3 trips' worth of media, interactive displays & written-word descriptions. Covers the Revolutionary War through the modern era....
Read moreThe museum was closed for a bit while they remodeled and added a lot of exhibitions. It is definitely worthwhile to learn about the history of military intelligence there. The touchscreens allow you to watch hours of related videos. I found one on the Berlin wall, particularly interesting.
