Upon entrance it took a bit for the employee to greet me as I wandered into the main space. Employee was in a back room doing other work. She explained the process and so I washed my hands, picked out a figure to paint, chose my colors, and then sat there for like 10 more minutes before she came back. Eventually was able to choose the paints and start on my project. Other than taking forever because the employee was distracted by other work everything seemed fine although curious as to when other figures are available as the limited selection on the shelf was a fraction of what I saw them able to create based on the molds they had in storage. It took 23 days to make two logos, and they told me to call back the following week and still nothing (it was always something). Poor communication; I always had to call or text for updates. When it came time to pick them up, they charged me $46 for two three-letter logos😱 I thought it was affordable for active military personnel and their families; all their excuses and time-consuming charges made it way too high. I came to this place because the Sierra Vista stores took two weeks, but they charged 15 for each logo.
