this manger is crazy, she wants us to keep moving our furniture 2 feet from the wall so pest control can obtain the best results and 100% treatment. if we fail to move our furniture she will fine us 100-500 dollars. one day the mountain pest control where to conduct a full treatment which the manger forced us to move our entire furniture and have are clothing put in plastic bags even though the pest control never showed up to our apartment. one day the pest control known as orkin treated our apartment for bedbugs which he bought brand new bed bugs mattress covers the day before and ended up buying new ones the next day because they destroyed our covers. This is a lovely apartment for me. The management is kind and very fast to fix anything. The new manager is more practical regarding parking issues. We are given notice about inspections, so we can make things presentable. Everyone is friendly, even if you don't know their names. (Or their language.) The location is great! The price is based on a State regulated rental price. It also takes Section 8. The only problem might be a long waiting list for a place this nice in this expensive location.
