Love shopping Target in Silverthorne. Big parking lot. Everything one needs in one place, plus groceries. Locals shop Target because the grocery stores are often packed with long waits. Down side is the groups of teenagers that apparentely have no where else to go. Groups of 5 to 6 teenage girls riding in and racing in the shopping carts up and down the aisles. Crashing into the displays, hitting groceries off shelves as they rush by. Calling other shoppers vile swear names so loud it can be heard across the store. The young girls language can only be described as worse than the worse dive bars. No clerks, no security. As I checked out, the girls obviously had expensive items in hand but didn't stop at the checkouts. The one blond girl was loudly saying just walk fast. Just walk fast. They won't stop us. This was in front of two manager clerks at the self check out who looked like they were still in high school themselves. This is a up scale high economy ski resort community. The girls obviously came from upper income class families. No wonder Target has...
Read moreWhen I walked in the first thing I noticed was that shelves where not full. They had a lot of empty space that needed to be filled. I have been in summit county for over 9 years now and i have never seen this store in this bad of shape. When I did ask for assistance I got a finger point where the product should be and directions on how to find it. When I used to come to this store the associat would always take me. That didn't happen and i could not find the product I was looking for. I had attempted to make a complaint with the store manager but I waited for quite some time before another associat noticed I was waiting for something and asked if they could help. I told them the problem and they said they would get the store manager. Still i waited for what seemed like 30 min and still no manager. Frustrated I finally left the store. I will not be going back to this location and recommend that if shopping is needed done to not do it at...
Read moreSo I bought a pair of AirPod pros from the store. And I ask a Hispanic gentleman who works in the electronics part of the store for help and he said “what” in a very disrespectful tone not “how can I help you or anything like that. And I just brushed it off because he might of been having a bad day (which still isn’t an excuse for treating a costumer like he did). So I had a problem with them not connecting to my phone so I went back in and was gonna trace them out. I saw that the same Hispanic gentleman was working there again so I said “excuse me sir” and he said the same thing “What” in a very disrespectful tone and so I asked him about the problem and if I can get a new pair to go trade them out and he said “Dude you need the box and the receipt“ in a disrespectful voice. He was a rude employee who doesn’t deserve a job there if he can’t treat costumers...
