We have used this company for over four years and I can unequivocally say, they are amazing! We had Paul clean the barbecue today and it was a mess! We somehow forgot to have it done last year… things got away from us…so he had to clean TWO years worth of grease and dirt!! They work incredibly hard and spend literally hours cleaning the barbecue making it look like new. The cost each time has taken us by surprise. For the hours they spend (over three today…and it’s messy, HARD work!!) it is unbelievably reasonable. The hard part is the first time I cook on the barbecue after it’s been cleaned. My Twin Eagles grill wasn't igniting so I called TheBBQHQ in Simi Valley where I bought my Twin Eagles grill and they referred me to Bar-B-Clean for the repair. The owner, Luke, came out and after some diagnostic work, troubleshooting and ordering of parts, my grill is working as good as new now. Luke was very patient, methodical and professional throughout the whole process. Everything from booking my appt to making our BBQ sparkle again was nothing short of perfection. Our BBQ must be over 7 years old and had never been professionally cleaned… it was in much need of some TLC as we use it quite often. Our technician, James, was super thorough and our BBQ looks almost brand new again! We couldn’t be happier with the results and we can’t wait to grill up something soon.
