Mercado Guadalajara #3 — Restaurant in Simi Valley

It's too bad the owner is a prick and his employees don't even like him. I'm sure he makes his money, but he does not deserve a penny. I hope loses it all one day. With no people skills and absolutely no customer service, the owner deserves zero stars (this review won't let me, so the 1 star goes to the employees who put up with owner). Do not go to this store unless you like to give money to someone who is absolutely greedy and who I believe is simply "lucky" to even have a business. It will all be gone one day, he'll see. Mexican market and Taco/Burrito stand inside. Great place to buy salsa ingredients at a fraction of the price of the big stores.

The carne ranchera marinade here is 2nd to none. Im a big fan and when I want to make carne asada at home, this is where I shop. Otherwise, meat section is OK, but not fabulous either.

Visited Mercado Guadalajara because needed some fresh meat. All was perfect. Very good variety of meat cuts and fish. To those hispanic/latino they have seasonings, fresh vegetables, beans etc.

They have a cooked food counter, I did not buy from there but there was a line so food must be good.
