Civic Center Plaza — Local services in Simi Valley

Visited this outdoor shopping center for the banking services and food court options.

Took care of a deposit at Wescom credit union and picked up a delicious salad at Chop it up. Was able to enjoy the weather with their outdoor seating and my son and husband chose panda express entrees.

There are other restaurant selections along with a boba, yogurtland and starbucks at this location. Regal theaters, a pet store, jewelry and TGIF's are also part of the options.

The center also provide live mysic entertainment during the summer and a weekly farmers market. I enjoy visiting this center during the year. Parking is usually not an issue, but can be crowded by the theater and when the farmers...

I liked this movie theater. It was decent sized, with plenty of theaters inside, about 2 or 3 per movie playing. In the front they have kiosks to buy tickets, a concession stand, candy machines, and arcade machines. The staff are friendly, but the concession stand is a tad slow, so prepare around that. There is a good selection of food and drinks, including alcohol if that's your thing. The theaters themselves are very nice. The screens are high quality, I'd say at least 1440p (I'm unable to tell, and I don't know who to ask), and the surround sound is wonderful. The seats have cupholders and armrests (which I don't see at some theaters!) and they recline! Very comfy. 9/10 theater, will...

It's a very nice plaza, they have a movie theater, a boba place, a Starbucks, wing stop, Daphne's, a bank, a jewelry store, a small Petco, Subway, Baja Fresh, Yogurtland, and TGI Fridays (what more could you ask for?) Its very nice at night with the lights and sitting watching the fountain in the middle, it's relaxing especially now that those "cool kids" who used to park their lifted trucks and wannabe sports cars in the parking lot and hangout with each other for hours on a Tuesday or Wednesday night and rev up their engines for no reason have finally relocated their get-togethers at the Kohls parking lot...
