The East Coast Pizza Company Inc. — Restaurant in Simi Valley

I’ve been a customer for a while. I don’t do delivery anymore. That last few times it’s taken over an hour and a half. It’s also necessary to check your order as of late as well. They charge for extra sauce on their wings. The last two times, after paying for extra sauce, the wings have been all but dry. If you’re going to charge for it, even if it’s only 25¢, provide it. Sauce is cheap, losing customers because you aren’t putting enough sauce is expensive. They’ve got one more chance.

At least the pizza is good.

Edit: So I had to edit this review. It’s a shame the food is so good, because the service is now, unfortunately, terrible. I called at 3:45. Placed my order and was told “30-35 minutes.” I’m here now, it is now 4:35, and I’m still waiting for my food. This will be my last time here unfortunately. I gave multiple chances for this place because the food is good. But this isn’t the same place it was when the dude who opened it was passing out slices of pizza when they’d have bands play at...

The East Coast Pizza Company is a Pizza joint located almost smack dab in the middle of Simi Valley ( Tapo Canyon area ). It's been around at least as long as we've lived here, and we used to get take out a lot due to the unique varieties of pizza they had. They have lunch specials on the weekday, but you have to be quick the closer it gets to 4 pm, the less options you have. As I stated before, we used to get this all the time when we first moved to town, but the quality does fluctuate, and with closer Pizza restaurants to consider, we don't get it nearly as much. They still have some of the best white sauce Pizza to date in the Simi area, so thats always a bonus. Furthermore, it's a local chain, so it's good to support local businesses if given the chance. My first time trying the East Coast Pizza Co. although a friend had recommended it awhile back. What a pleasant surprise when I finally did! I have tried literally every veggie salad in Simi Valley salads from a dish of wilted lettuce to some very good. But this tossed salad from East Coast Pizza was beyond my wildest high expectations! Huge(I mean huge!)serving of the freshest tastiest veggies of every kind you can think of and then some and at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES AS ALL THE OTHER SALAD PLACES CHARGE{subway, togo,etc.)I even called to make sure.
