Baja Fresh — Restaurant in Simi Valley

So ordered food delivery from here through their website. The pico de gallo was rotten. I poured it all over my burrito before I realized it had a bad smell and was carbonated. I understand raw onion from restaurants is a big source of food poisoning. I called the restaurant and they said that they would make a new burrito and I could come pick it up. I wouldn't have paid to have it delivered to begin with if I had wanted to go pick it up. They refused to deliver because they had "nothing to do" with the "third party" delivery service. My wife and I would typically go here twice a week and spend 30 dollars or so each time. The only disappointment, was when ordering on line, you select the salsa which comes with your order online - up to 3 per burrito. Since wife and I are big salsa fans, we had our salsa sides picked out(4 burritos x 3 small sides = 12). However, when I went to pick up, manager on site didn't include them initially and when I asked he refused to give me any more than 5. I was at Baja Fresh on 9/1/2020 to eat lunch, it was warm but I wanted to support local businesses in this trying times due to the pandemic. I ordered my meal from the menu and I ask for a water cup. The server said only bottles were available. I couldn’t pay for a bottle so I asked for a water cup. The server said no water and then I asked for ice and he rudely said no ice. Remember it was very warm, 95 degrees and I was ordering a meal from them. The server was also very rude with his reply and I felt very disappointed.
