For many years, my family & i trusted & respected their customer service, & professional ethics. UNTIL recently. My children had a mother's ring made there, which i loved, but it needed to be re sized. The woman behind the counter was very rude, & condescending, but we took a chance anyway. A week later they said it was ready, but upon receiving it, we discovered a stone was missing, (which they lost, & over looked).
