Grocery Outlet — Local services in Simi Valley

i am in LOVE with this place. Their wide selection of organic products and produce rivals some retail grocers. Theres enough to have a dedicated aisle, in addition to more organic products alongside their standard counterparts. I can't shop at Ralphs or Vons anymore, the whole time Im always thinking "it only costs $xx.xx at Grocery Outlet.." I also love their selection of home goods and cosmetics and shampoos etc., brands I love along with brands I haven't been introduced to yet, I just love this place because going there is always a surprise with what different new and random items they will have. And my jaw always hits the floor when I see my grand total--I got a whole cart for of groceries for $45, I cant even get one bag of groceries at Ralphs for the same value. Staff is friendly enough, overall a pleasant experience, Im hooked on this store and look forward to my weekly trips here haha. Also, TONS of name brand products--I got a pint of Haagen Daaz...

Wanted to inquire about a beer that also comes in 6 packs because I was so happy that they even carried the beer as a single bottle ("bomber" as known in the craft beer world). A lady with a red lanyard over her head was speaking to a friend or something and I waited until they were done talking and was met with a dirty look by her and a "No!" answer. This happened between 3:30pm - 6:00pm today, Wednesday August 19th 2020 I shop at this store often and I never got this type of treatment. She barely looked at the label. How can you know right away? There was no reassurance that you actually know that the item isn't available. What if you could look it up or put in a order for me through your supplier? I could've bought multiples (which I've always bought out items on sale that are amazing there like today). Just wasn't happy with the treatment and left a "bad taste" in my mouth. This is...

I am one such consumer. And as a result I absolutely LOVE Grocery Outlet! When products don't sell elsewhere, they come here. There is so much random stuff, it's an incredible treasure trove every time you visit. And as a result of this phenomenon, the prices are amazing.
