They are friendly, and I'm new to the state. We needed a new hairdresser. Went in for just to get roots done. Came out with the roots being not the same as the rest of my daughters hair color. She did it twice even. I told her a three for the color. I showed the after pictures to my original hs and she said looks like she used a 6 on her. It cost me 130 bucks for roots. I came from a more expensive area where I only paid 80 for roots. Like I said lovey girl but don't recommend. Now I have to find another place to actually make my roots the same color as the rest of my hair. Basically now when my hair grows out there will be three different colors. Also the hairdresser tried to say I might have a deficiency or tyriod problem. I don't. My daughters hair has been the same color for years and have never had this problem. She just didn't use the right color that I told her. I still paid because I felt it was the right...

I am so glad to have stumbled upon this salon. I walked in with my daughter and was given an appointment for a hair cut that same day. Little did I know my daughter didn't just want a haircut, like Carrie said it was a "total makeover". My kid went from having long hair to wanting a pixie cut. Carrie went above and beyond with her patience to weed out of my teenagers broken vocabulary to get the details of how she wanted her hair. Carrie also took extra time treating her hair so it could be cut and lay properly. Carrie spent at least two hours on her hair and my daughter is over the moon with how it turned out. Her hair is cut so very well, each cut blends in with another with expert precision. I am very appreciative to Carrie and her attention to details and expert skills! Can't wait to see...

Honestly, went in thinking I would get a fantastic haircut. Nope. I cut a significant amount off, and my hair is extremely UNEVEN!!! The right side is two inches shorter then the left side. Honestly want to just cry. My part is the same as it is when it was cut, so that’s not why it’s uneven.. The stylist “ shaped” the hair near my face and it’s uneven as well.

The staff seemed nice at first , but as I sat there… I was unimpressed with the customer service skills they lacked, especially the owner. Disappointed.
