Super rude cashier with very poor customer service attitude. She was over the top rude to customer in front of me. Customer did get upset too because of her attitude and maybe could have handled it better, but the cashier was petty and obnoxious. After loading multiple items to belt, the customer sat a box (like a 4 inch tall flat box from produce) with a few items on the belt. The customer still had a lot in cart and looked older. The cashier literally stopped scanning and said âYou need to take those out of the boxâ The customer said they do it that way all the time here but did take a few things from the box but got upset. They left a few things in the box and started pulling from cart again. The cashier stopped and said âlâll wait for you to take those out of the box and remove the box. We donât do that hereâ The customer was visibly caught off guard and I could tell they had done it this way this before. They said ok, fine and tipped the box over onto belt and an item fell into area where cashier sits. The customer then attempted to toss the empty box into their cart but it hit the display on the cash register and fell toward the cashier. They immediately said sorry and that they were trying to toss it in the cart. The cashier escalated it and flipped out and called the manager up and said the customer was throwing things at her. That is NOT what I saw. The customer was just trying to get the empty box to the cart so they could finish unpacking the cart. It would not have slowed this cashier down one bit to grab those 6-7 items from the box to scan them. It was a very low profile box. It likely would have saved the time she spent stopping and waiting for customer to do it. Was seriously shocked when the cashier stopped scanning and refused to do anything until customer removed the boxed items. I honestly donât blame the customer for getting so upset. I think they did say a swear word but Iâm not sure. Such a poor attitude from the cashier. What happened to just good service! Your prices are not that much lower to justify this lack of...
   Read moreGood store, but for certain things. Store is quite clean and spacious. Lots of good deals in here to be had. The down side to this is, to get the good deals, you need to be willing to try generic or in store brands. As we all know, some can be great and others not, so it will take a bit of buying to find what you are or are not happy with for the future. Selections are also very minimal to other stores. Some things you just simply canât find at all here. So for me, this would not be my primary store. However, if I keep track of what I can use from here and stop by if itâs on my path to get certain items, then it may be worth the savings on the items that are bought. They need to save money somewhere, to pass the savings to you, so youâll have to decide if itâs worth your trouble. If you have a question you wish to ask them, donât think you can call. I put in for my groceries to be done at 4pm, and she gets it done 5 hours early within 10 minutes of me placing my order and then, Michelle finishes my order without giving me a chance to say yes or no to the items she is substituting. Michelle also chooses the most expensive items not even close to what I wanted and even though I put in to not get that substitute and to refund instead. I end up WASTING what scarce food money I have on Michelle's careless mistakes. You have 5 HOURS for 2 bags of groceries... TAKE YOUR TIME MICHELLE!
