Admittedly itâs new and the interior still holds the look of the Taco Bell that was once in this location however I once you look past that youâre treated to a wonderful arrange of sushi, a menu with a variety of wonderful and creative rolls. Is sushi not your vibe, try some ramen as youâll find plenty of options for ramen and Iâm sure youâll find something nice to fit your fancy! The staff are wonderful. The endearing greeting youâll receive your first time isnât the last as the woman behind the counter has such a wonderful aura about her. I came here for the first time with my partner and when we arrived the second time we brought friends and were recognized immediately, this is definitely a passionate Asian owned establishment worth supporting and ultimately treating your tastebuds and stomach to the delicious food!
I wish Koi the best and I canât wait to see it grow as it hopefully becomes everyoneâs favorite spot for sushi just like itâs quickly become one of mine!
Summary:
This restaurant has wonderful sushi, and if you allow yourself to look past itâs Taco-Bell-Like interior youâll be treated to wonderful staff...

The rest of the basic selection of food here is quite good. Back to the ramen I would say I recommend this ramen to anyone living within the 200-300 mile radius as much of the ramen I've had in Sioux falls and Omaha taste like complete sewer water. If you're in the mood for sushi then there's plenty of competition in the area for that but if you want a smack bowl of ramen in Siouxland then there's no place I'd recommend besides koi sushi. The quality of the ingredients seemed good. The pork tonkatsu, however , was tough or chewy. Broth and noodles were good. I also ordered ine roll. Good price but average quality and taste, 3 stars. Maybe as I sat, waiting a long time for my raman, you could have served my California rolls? Next time I'll ask. If I needed to eat over my lunch break, I might stop here. But I would not if i was taking a friend out for dinner...
