So the reason I gave this subway 1 star is because the customer service was terrible. My mother-in-law and I went through the drive through. When we got home we noticed we didn't have any toppings on our subs. We drove all the way back and waited in the long line inside when we got to the counter I nicely told the young lady that we didn't receive our toppings. She then called over who I assume to be the manager (no name tags). That lady (Brandy, I had to ask for her name) proceeded to print something off from the drive through and said to us "there's a reason you review your order" in a snooty tone. And she said it again as she was walking away. My mother-in-law asked nicely to have hers reheated and 'Brandy',with a lot of anger, put the sub into the toaster. When she took it out she slammed it down on the veggie line. When she wrapped up her sub she clearly saw that a meatball rolled off the sub but she just continued to wrap the sandwich. We said, nicely, one of the meat balls rolled off. Brandy huffed, rolled her eyes and then went to get another meat ball. I thanked the young lady that was being nice and then we left. That was the worst experience I had ever had at subway. As far as toppings go I don't think anyone is at fault or maybe I didn't do the touch screen right(it's new and I'm still new to it) But when I went in and NICELY told her the situation there was no reason for her to behave that way to a customer especially in front of a store full...
Read moreI’m tired of this place. For the past 4-5 times, and definitely more than that, we’ve had SOMETHING that’s not made right. We almost always get a salad and a sandwich. Pretty simple. But not to them apparently. They even forgot the meat in a sandwich once which I thought was pretty “impressive.” Just tonight 9/5/25 I went around 9pm and got the usual sandwich and salad for my girlfriend and I, and I asked for garlic aioli on the sandwich and when I got home it was SLATHERED in some mustard sauce and the peppercorn ranch. Neither of which are the garlic aioli as anyone who can read can see that. I’ve never written a google review in my life but this sent me over the top. I can’t understand how CONSISTENTLY one place can mess up simple orders. Please get new workers who can read at least a 6th grade level to simply read a direction and follow it. I know the young kids in there couldn’t give a flying one to do their job right, but seriously this is to do lupus the absolute lack of care there is there.I genuinely can’t believe how bad this place is. I’m absolutely sick of it. I’ve worked in fine dining and casual dining and i simply cannot understand why it’s so hard for this single establishment to be this...
Read moreOnly giving 2 stars because normally I don't have a problem with this subway. Today I went to grab some sandwiches on my lunch break and the woman I was dealing with was completely rude. I normally see her when I go there and she's usually fine, but she must have been having an off day, which is no excuse. First, when I walked in, I said hello and asked how she was, there was no response from her so I just continued with my order, she seemed annoyed with everything I said. When I got done eating, I went back up to order for a co worker who had texted me. I simply asked if could get the cheese on the chicken microwaved instead of toasted, and the employee just started shaking her head continually as if she was annoyed by the request. I didn't say anything, just patiently waited. She looked at me and said "Well it's going to stick to the paper." I just said that's fine..and she shook her head again. I've always worked in customer service and can't imagine treating someone so rude just because I was having a bad day. I believe the employees name was Donnie. I go to this subway all the time as I live near it, but from now on I'll just have to travel a little further to...
