The owner/employee makes a cardboard box in a bad mood look like the life of the party! When I was justifiably shocked at the high prices, he acted like I should'nt say anything about his obvious greed, even though I ran my own shop for many years in the 80's and 90's and know a lot about pricing and profits. People don't want to hear the b.s. about autographs! At $300.00 a box, six autos does'nt mean much! Almost always, the autos turn out to be worthless, so you are just handing somebody $300.00 of your hard earned money! When you DO get an auto that's decent, the conspirators (I won't get into demographics) tweek the values so that they go down unnaturally, then, the same jerk who sold to you at a super high price wants to buy back at a super LOW price! A month later, they go way up again, and the dealer makes ANOTHER fat profit off you! An example is the 1984 Donruss Strawberry rookie. Even when people knew he was a loser, that card held value. Meanwhile, you don't even see the rookie of a world class player and citizen like John Olerud, or it's maybe a quarter, despite the fact that he won a batting title, and his inspirational story of his own FATHER saving his life by operating on John's...

It was my first time in rainbow personally I absolutely loved this store and was planning on making some large purchases here. But.. unfortunately one of the employees working was incredibly rude and condescending for no reason, I accidentally stayed a few mins past close because I didn’t realize the time. he was very snotty and rude about it. I was even super apologetic even after a very rude interaction. He then continued to snuff and roll his eyes at me after my apology about keeping them a few mins late. Gave me a very snarky Yeah K! And stormed off. I’m sorry but this person has zero customer service skills there are polite ways to communicate with people which this person does not have the skills to do so. also reading the other reviews I see I’m not the only one to basically be treated like garbage at this store. I’m sad to say I’ll never come here again and I will tell everyone I know not to as well because customers are an inconvenience to at least...

Visited for the first time this weekend. My son is a huge Marvel fan and we are starting his comic collection. Everything we look for online seems to have a lot of DC and Marvel combined which is fine but to start with I would like to have the ones he really likes the most. Anyway, this place did NOT disappoint. It has so many comics to go through plus figurines and baseball cards and so many other treasures. Its very large inside and has a lot to look at. We found a nice amount to start his collection and cannot wait to go back and bring our son. These are a surprise for his bday. The staff is amazing. They are super laid back and very friendly. They had this rack of free comics they told us to check out which was awesome. The place was pretty busy too which was great to see. Parking is a little different. The lot is pretty small, but there is availability on the street next to the bldg which is off the main road so not as much traffic. We will be back...
