I brought my tower pc to Heartland PC Wednesday after the wind storms we had. I figured my tower lost the power unit because of power outage from storms. Brought it in and Jason greeted me. He graciously advised that they will look my unit over and let me know what happened etc. Within 24 hours I received a call back advising the power is out and options to repair. Jason was indeed kind to advise the repair and time. Before they closed Thursday, I showed up. I thought the bill would be $130 and learned I saved about $13. The kindness and caring has my attention. I even asked about swapping out ram and Jason advised I had plenty. Heartland PC has my business going forward compared to a gruff competitor known as PC gold.. Heartland PC has my business needs met and I will go out and let others know you care a lot more than others....
Read moreI had a awful experience! I took my laptop in for a free diagnosed and was told it was a virus and would cost $85. I told them to fix it. They removed the virus and called and said it was fixed.(it was to take a couple of days, ended up a week!) I got home and found out it wasn't fixed, I had the exact same problem!! I took it back in. Now they say I need a new battery and harddrive for another $280! I told them I wasn't going to put in about $400 for a older laptop. They refused to refund the $85 I had already paid( for a fix that wasn't the problem!!! ) So after taking a week to get my laptop back and having to make 2 trips into Sioux falls and paying $85. I've been limping my defective wifi card/driver for my gaming laptop along for about 6 months before absolutely nothing I could do would help it. I was so nervous to take it anywhere (this thing is like....my prized possession I've been dreaming of owning since I was 13....long story 😆). Anyway, I took it in, explained everything I'd tried to a very VERY nice guy that even said it sounded like I knew what I was doing (thanks Google! 😉) and diagnosed the problem right away. 20 minutes and a bill for a LOT less money than I thought it would be, and my baby is fixed and ready to connect to the Sims 4 Gallary again.
