Took over an over for 6 Ice creams. The girl at the counter was rude. Decided she needed to answer the phone and google stuff in the middle of making our ice creams. Overpriced, slow, and horrible atmosphere.

Edit making ice cream shouldn’t take THAT long. You were incredibly rude the minute we walked in. Not ONCE did you check on anyone in the store and I have proof. Since there was no music playing I’m surprised you didn’t hear us considering we were right by the window. The owner of this establishment pays for fake reviews watch out. Those accounts that posted those positive reviews were made today just so the public is aware

We went today for our first time, my daughter has been begging me to go and was looking forward to it all day, we went after school girls working we’re very nice but when we got in the car and started drinking our drinks my daughter did not like hers at all, she did not get exactly what she thought and I guess didn’t really know what to expect since it was her first time, I tried it as well and did not like it at all and the bitterness of it made me spit it out the bobas were so bitter, I called right away and since my daughter only took two sips I said she could bring it in to show them she didn’t drink it and did not like it at all and I was wondering if she could get something else instead the girl I talked to said it shouldn’t be a problem, we turned around and drove back and my daughter ran in and got another one but ended up paying for it they told her they couldn’t give her another one for free🙄 so the first order was $12 plus I tipped $2 and then the 2nd time was $6 not the best experience and it was our first time so not impressed to spend $20 on two drinks, I’m serious normally my daughter isn’t picky it was terrible! I would suggest the watermelon and strawberry though, they were good, I never complain but I just think that is poor business especially since it’s new and you would want to get new business to keep...

It took about an hour for 5 ice creams. There was one person working, which obviously isn't enough. If we hadn't already paid, we would have left. While waiting, the employee was voice Googling what a tipped worker was in South Dakota. Yikes. I felt like I was being punked. Lol! Wow.

*The reply below is false. We didn't receive our entire order in 30 minutes. Our card was swiped at 3:35pm. We left at 4:34pm and the employee was flipping the closed sign. Don't lie.
