Genesis Farms Cannabis Dispensary — Local services in Sioux Falls Township

I purchased quite a bit of product because I live so far away from the closest Genesis farms dispensary. I finally got to my last cart from a different dispensary and went to attach the first Stealth cart. The genesis farms carts are a bigger diameter than the batteries that I own. So the next chance that I could make it to sioux falls I stopped by the genesis farms dispensary amd purchased the battery that was recommended for these carts. I got home and attached the same stealth cart. I let it sit to make sure the wick was saturated with product before turning on. The first drag tasted very burnt. So I removed that cart amd placed back in storage. I switched to a miracle alien cookies cart. I got maybe five drags from that cart before it decided to leak all of its contents into my pocket. I got home the same day and cleaned up the battery and attached the next miracle alien cookies cart. Same results another pocket full of vape juice. Today I attached my last Stealth cart. It also tastes burnt and no vapor comes out. I did talk to someone at the S. minnesota store. He explained that there is nothing he can do for me. This is four carts that have given me nothing but problems. I am willing to bring the Stealth carts to the store to at least be looked at whether I get reimbursed or not. Genesis Farms is hands down my hands down favorite place to stock up. You won't find another grower in the state who consistently produces flower with such high THC levels.

Their "seed to sell" model is what I appreciate most. No, hodge podge when it comes to the grower because they don't sell products from a variety of vendors, if any. To me, that says "we know what we're doing, and we do it well". No one else to prop them up. They stand alone in their ability to produce quality cannabis. That says, "we don't need to rely on outside sources in order to provide our patients with the quality products they're seeking". Flex.

Another plus, they pre-package their products rather than serve deli style like most local dispos. Call me crazy, but I don't like knowing everyone else has stuck their cootie covered noses in the same bucket of flower I'm admiring in order to catch a whiff. And most of their flower comes in clear packaging. Who doesn't like seeing the buds they buy? And since everything is pre-packaged, you don't have to wait around while the budtender tediously weighs out every strain you've selected. Win.

Was instructed on a previous visit that when you buy cartridges, you have 24 hrs to exchange any ones that are defective or clogged. Attempted to do this, after getting home(30. Min drive) tested 8 carts, 1 of which was clogged. Drove back to simply exchange, the clerk took the cartridge put it in his own personal pen and proceeded to use my cartridge from behind the counter in their store. Everyone knows you can pull of them and they will eventually work, but it's still clogged. He said they'd only exchange it if I bought more. I don't know the laws, but I find it hard to believe budtenders are allowed to use products while in the clock, especially behind the counter. In regards to their policy of exchanges, you would think they had an actual tester, nope, just their employee to put their lips on your item and use it while on the clock. ( they'll see he bill Clinton'd it I'm sure, or lie, their exchange policy has proven them to be liars). He blamed my battery, the same battery the other 7 cartridges worked with.wont be back, won't renew my card....
