My experience here was not good. I live about an hour and 30mins from the store and called ahead to make sure they had availability to embroider my scrubs and how long it typically took. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me she had no orders today so I was in luck and it would only take an hour to an hour/half. I dropped my scrubs off at 1pm and returned at 210pm to check the status of my scrubs. I was told my the lady in the store that she did not start them and it could be another hour or two. I explained that I called ahead and drove 1.5hrs. She told me because I didn't buy the scrubs through them that I was not considered a priority. I asked to have my scrubs returned and I'd go else where and another woman came out from the back and said she would start them right away and they were done within 20mins.
