This three star review is for my last visit only which was Fri my husband took me in to buy a purse and it was marked down I seen a dye mark on the inside which was fine but later on realized there was a small hole in each corner of the bottom I was depressed to see you can't return them they should have at least a 5 day return on mark downs because it is a waste of money to think that you still spent a good amount of money for a purse that may rip more with in a few months time or shorter even the discounted ones are 85 and above most of the time now come this Fri I'm gonna buy another one instead of being able to...

I had to rate inorder to move forward....we came in from San Antonio spent 30 to 40 minutes in the store the two lady's that were in there were more worried about the restaurant across the street to open then helping us..i asked about a purse and was told well u have just keep checking the website to see if it will come in I was hoping she would look to see if the austine store had or if it could be brought to this store but nope i have no idea the name of the bag all she said was its a downtown bag I had no idea each purse has an actual name i was pretty excited to go there i was not happy at all will...

Beautiful store and merchandise. Quality product and lots of selection. My ONLY complaint would be the pregnant woman. She is rude, unfriendly, and completely put off by any customer. She just sits on that stool and makes faces. She never smiles or makes eye contact with the customers. She needs to go home. I'm hoping it's the pregnancy that is making her so completely disagreeable. Remember every customer interaction has an impact, and it's more important than ever for companies to meet the consumers...
