This gym doesn't just give you a place to go it gives you a community of people you'll look forward to seeing each day. From my first class to now 5 months later I've felt welcomed, celebrated, and motivated each day. At TAH they encourage each person's individual journey and the workouts are programmed to fit everyone, from someone stepping foot in a gym for the very first time to the experienced lifter. The coaches and long-time members are always willing to give help, tips, and tricks to get you to that next step and improve. TAH has a family friendly atmosphere and wide range of class offerings, which fits with my lifestyle and has made it easy to stick with my new routine.
