Worst customer service ever! I will never return to this establishment. Was unsure of the items available, and upon asking for help my food was then thrown into a bag/box and presented cold. I was rudely responded to and it was as though my food was presented on a garbage lid cause I had at that point lost my appetite. A little smile, a jester of kindness, maybe even a thank you could go a long way! Do not waste your money! Drive the extra couple miles and give the money to another deserving establishment that cares for its customers and their community. And to think, I took an out of town guest with me! How...

I go rolling up to the drive through at 0430, half asleep, not realizing that they are not open yet. Now instead of telling me to "get lost" which is what I would have done. The fine folks at Donut Palace took my order and made my breakfast. Now I'm not suggesting that we take advantage of their pre-open hospitality. Quality fresh product from a friendly family business! We are especially fond of the fritters (apple AND cherry), long John’s (filled by request when you order!), donut holes, and anything with sprinkles. Super customer service - so patient as the grand daughters make their choices and always reward them with a smile. Sweet memories are made here....
