Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Smithville

Whoever the manager is tonight tuesday august 20th is a rude and deceptive person. She refused to give me a refund and then when she spoke to her boss she agreed to do it and then said I have to take in store credit when I paid cash in the first place. She does not know how to do her job and should not be in the public. I am very upset by her lack of action.... After I refused the credit she finally gave me the refund in cash after all that non sence.i will not go to the smithville store unless she gets fired or demoted...

Everytime i go in there the manager stalks my family. Came in there the other day and the cashier announced my full name over the intercom that i was there for my online order. When manager came out with other employee with my stuff the manager was rude to me and my daughter. I will never shop at that...
