Moses Discount Tobacco, Vape and Beer — Local services in Smithville

I spend a LOT of money at the vape store but a friend of mine turned me on to Moses. Today I brought back one of the two cans if Ronson Butane because the first can I purchased with this one was fine but empty. The sales clerk refused to refund my money on the defective can since I didn't have the receipt. Poor..very poor business practice. I left and brought the defective can to the Vape store. They said they won't sell any butane with a plastic nozzle as Moses does. I then purchased three cans of Ignitus, premium butane with the steel, unbendable nozzle.
