I don't write reviews, but this needs to be seen. First place I've been where the service department forgot to install part of the equipment I paid for. Funnier yet, when I e-mailed Olivia that her service guy forgot to install two small pieces... she offered to send them to me! Haha! When I sent a reply e-mail to Olivia stating that I paid for a service that wasn't finished, she never responded. The pieces were still in the bag that the equipment came in, and because Carlisle's did nothing to honor their obligation, I had those important pieces installed out of pocket. Carlisle's literally did nothing to fix their mistake and then ignored me. When a company can't be honest about the work it does and then expects the customer to finish that work at the customer's cost, it's not a place worth doing...

We just bought a new boat that I saw listed online at Carlisle's Marine. Competitively priced, friendly atmosphere and nice facility. It was well worth our 3-hour drive one-way to experience their service and hospitality. Their salesperson Olivia responded quickly to any questions that I had via email, phone and text message during the sales process. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were also impressed with the time that their technician Tim took to demo the boat and answer questions at delivery. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful experience while completing the process of purchasing our pontoon boat. We were given a thorough demonstration of all the operational features, and assistance in preparing the boat and trailer for my towing it to our Virginia lake. We purchased a few items from their very well stocked store, and extended our Mercury Outboard warranty through a dealer discount program. Every person we had contact with was helpful and nice and easy to deal with.
