PZ Massage — Local services in Smyrna

I was a walk-in and my experience was horrible. The lady in the front did not speak English I told her I wanted the combo, but I don’t think she understood despite me pointing at the service list. I was put in a room with no instructions. I hear lots of yelling then She comes in the room while I’m undressing and tells me I have to pay. I gave her my card with a sheet wrapped around me. The massage itself was horrible, this person DID NOT have training she just rubbed me with no technique. I tried to communicate to her to focus on my left shoulder, but she didn’t get it. I tried to adjust her pressure nothing but blank stares. She left the room multiple times and kept saying what sounded like I’ll be back. she did not massage anything on my front while i was on my back (only my feet). The massage was not an hour and I did not get the combo I thought I ordered. Afterwards I tried to tell her that was NOT 60mins. She just pointed at the paper for me to sign and leave her a tip. I totally got ripped off what a waste of my $80. I was really hurting and...

I went here months ago. I never write reviews but I still get offended when I think about my experience here. To keep it short, the radio was broken so she played country music (which I’m not a fan of), she left the room maybe 6 times during the hour I payed for to greet people at the door I’m assuming? I usually leave a 20% tip but I was still going to leave 15% because of the poor experience and the woman ASKED me to leave her more! I still am offended when I think about this place, if she didn’t ask me to tip her more I would consider giving them another chance, as it was a great massage for the time she was actually massaging me....

This place is already weird enough having to pay before getting the massage was sketchy .. the massage went well but she constantly kept repeating the work was “ hard “ every job is difficult the worker was very friendly in the beginning but afterwards when it came towards the end and I asked her to break a 20$ to give her a tip of 10$ she got upset because she wanted the whole 20$.. the massage was already 60$ at the end of the day this massage place is weird.
