The food is your average run-of-the-mill Chinese food. Nothing special. And definitely not worth the frustration. It took them an hour to deliver my food....on a Sunday...at 1:00pm. When I live less about 10 minutes from the restaurant. 40 minutes after I placed the order I got a phone call from the delivery guy asking me to confirm my address because he couldn't find me. Well, he had the wrong address. Even though I repeated it twice on the phone with the lady when I placed the order. After 50 minutes had passed, I called the guy back just to make sure he wasn't still lost. He said that he was headed my way but "accidentally went the long way". Finally the food got here after an hour and, to top it off, I made it a point to let the lady know when I placed the order that I was in the guest house, not the main house and of course, the delivery man goes straight to the main house. Why waste my breath trying to make things easier when they're not going to listen anyway? The only reason this didn't get one star is because the food wasn't horrible and its decently priced. Food comes out and she says Vegetable fried rice and looks at me, I'm confused because I didn't order that. She then sits there and argues with me about what I ordered when I heard her say lo mein back to me and she continues to argue with me. Then tries to charge me extra for her mistake rather than correcting it. So I just left with the fried rice a d gave it to my roommate because I was ready to get out of there. A customer who came to pick up their food before had the same issue where the cashier misheard and charged them for something they didn't want. She tried arguing with them as well. However, they must be under new management because half my order was burnt and refused to issue me a refund after returning to them after driving home. It was late and didn't want to wait another half an hour. The lady was extremely rude to spite my relaxed demeanor leaving me confused. Why was I being met with poor customer service when I wasn't the one who made the mistake? After being told that I couldn't speak to a manager I buckled and asked for her to resubmit the order. After waiting another half hour the lady tells me the order is still cooking.
