Unique circumstances left me without my usual hairdresser. I went to a string of professional and spent countless hours and money and was left with undesirable results. I donāt know about you but when my hair is in a state of disrepair nothing feels right. My good friend recommended Rena at Salon Lotus. Itās quite a hike for me , but oh so worth the hour or so with traffic. I woke up this morning feeling incredible after seeing Rena for several hours yesterday. Rena is outstanding in every way. If you need color correction she is unequalled by any salon I have ever been to. My hair looks better than it did before this whole debacle started. Rena you are a master at your craft and I am truly grateful to have my hair back. I canāt thank you and Salon Lotus enough. I was a walk in and got seen immediately First a free glass of wine, which helped calm my nerves after years of bad haircut experiences and wasting money at different salons. She gave me a tour of the great facilities and all the services. Everything from the staff to the products used was relaxing and put me at ease. She gave me a great consult beforehand then explained everything she was doing through the process of the cut. 10% off the first visit and free bang trims between cuts. Didn't do any color treatment so I can't speak on that but I'd trust them after this experience. Will definitely be back for Jill. The receptionist never bothered to help. Second, I was told I had made my appointment at the wrong salon and when I told them I just needed my undercut done (back of head shaved), which would have taken 10 minutes, the receptionist told me that there was no way that anyone would be available to help me today, tomorrow or the next and their was no offer to book a future appointment. Third, when I left the salon and again, struggled with the door, the receptionist did not bother to help. Obviously, this salon does not value me as a person. I feel discriminated against. I left feeling terrible. Someone should explain to this receptionist that those who are disabled...
