The inner areas of Smyrna are changing, and to visit this new pizza place was a 180 from what I remembered the area looking like 7 years ago. The first thing that popped out was the eclectic style of the outdoor seating area. It was modern and had a large outdoor TV. Great for watching sports and showing movies. There were areas for customers with pets and the kids that came to the restaurant, loved to play around the area while waiting for their food. Walking in the pizzas looked and smelled amazing. The single slice pizzas were on display, giving this newbie the visual of what to expect. The prices were reasonable for a full-size pie. I ordered a half and half, one half cheese and the other half was their Meaty Boi, our friends ordered a white sauced pizza with veggies. The food is made fresh to order. We ordered sodas, but they do have beers on tap as well as drinks in cans. When the pizzas arrived, the smell and heat from them announced that it was going to be flavorful. They didn't disappoint. The crust was thin, but had a beautiful chew. The sourdough crust was amazing, and you could tell that there is love poured into the recipe. The meal was complete with a churro cake. I look forward to coming back and bringing more friends.

A HUGE new addition to Smyrna!! If you're looking for a truly exceptional dining experience, look no further than Ruby’s Sourdough Pizza in Smyrna, Georgia. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels both family-friendly and vibrant. The decor strikes a perfect balance between cozy and modern, making it an ideal spot for everything from casual dinners to family celebrations. The real star, of course, is the pizza. Ruby’s sourdough crust is a revelation—crispy on the outside, perfectly chewy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. Each pie is crafted with care, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients that make every bite a delight. What really sets Ruby's apart is the owner. Their passion for hospitality shines through in every interaction. They’re not just welcoming; they genuinely engage with customers, making everyone feel like part of the Ruby's family. This kind of personal touch is a rare gem in today's dining scene. If you're in Smyrna, Ruby’s Sourdough Pizza is a must-visit. Great food, an inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service combine to create an unforgettable dining experience. Don’t miss out on this fantastic addition to the community!

Our new favorite! More than your average Pizza Shop! New place with new concept. Don’t be afraid of a sourdough crust pizza. The thin crispy crust adds a slight umpph that blends with the cheese and toppings, and the fuller sourdough flavor comes out on the edge. We had the Ruby’s white pizza which was very good and the crème fraiche and mozzarella blended nicely (although I would have added a little more basil, thin onion strips and a few more cherry tomatoes). They are expecting to add a salad and charcuterie board to the menu in the near future. From what we heard, the owner owns the airy modern styled Pizza shop with a matching building separated by an open space with artificial grass that is perfect for families with kids. The open area is anchored by a large TV (showing a football game tonight). No insights about what is going into the matching building. There were a few minor improvements that come to mind: - Servers should bring 4 paper plates to the table out with each pizza, instead of pointing customers to where they can be found. - They should switch the trash cans to ones that allow people to stack the pizza trays after throwing their trash away.
