DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT They are overpriced, bad customer service, and lack accountability. I have a Dodge Challenger that I brought to them to tint the windows. In doing so they did the job fairly well with the exception of the rear window it was a lil off but nothing time urgent so I brought it back in once I found the time. When I brought it back to them they re-did the window but this time it was a total nightmare. The guy scratched up my back window (the actual glass) it’s marked up bad so it needs to be replaced. Upset, disappointed but calm I went back up to the shop to speak with someone about it and everyone is looking at me clueless. So I asked to speak with the manager Alex about it and apparently he is out sick for that day and doesn’t know when he is coming back in. So I left to give it a couple days and came back a week later and finally spoke with him and the guy looks at me like I’m speaking a language he’s never heard saying this has never happened give him a “few days to find out what’s going on with Challenger windows.” I know right a very idiotic statement to make when we both know the window needs to be replaced. I said no problem sir trying to be cordial I left and a week went by still no call. I went back up there the other manager says Alex is not there and he doesn’t know when he’ll be back so I left. Got busy with life again I come back in 2 weeks Alex talks to me and says he been looking to replace the window but got busy with other stuff. So unprofessional it’s crazy, so I tell them I’m going to take it to Auto Glass and have them fix it before they heard the price he eludes to say we will give you $200 for your window. I said if that’s how much it is you sure can and I’ll just take the loss on the tint and go somewhere else I’m done with this business, however Auto Glass wants $441 for the back window. See the difference they tried to lowball me thinking I would bite. No sir I gave y’all $420 for my car services you’re atleast gone replace it, then gone try say they’ll order the glass and put it on hell no I don’t trust y’all with my vehicle tryna take the cheap route. I brought my brand new car here with less than 250 miles on it to get the windows tinted. The first time they left spots all over my windshield. They agreed to replace it, but when I got my car back there was a scratch on it. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner immediately dismissed it, claiming their plastic tools could not possibly scratch a car, and acting as if I was making the whole thing up.

The owner’s attitude was beyond unprofessional. He was rude, arrogant, and volatile. He treated me like I was lying, accepted zero responsibility, and offered nothing to fix the damage. He even stormed off, telling me that if I wrote a bad review he would respond and did not care what I wrote. This is how they treat paying customers.

The work itself was a sloppy mess. They rushed through it, left water literally dripping inside my car, and handed it back as if it were done. This is not how you treat anyone’s vehicle, especially a brand new one.

I had actually been considering bringing my other car here for tinting, but they can forget it. And really, why would I lie about this situation? Everything I am writing here happened exactly as I experienced it.
