I'm the President of the Board of Directors of a 250 unit condominium building in Seattle. We had a terrible experience in working with Reliance Fire Protection for a few months in 2023 and I would definitely not be able to recommend them to other condominiums or homeowners. After much time and financial resources were wasted with Reliance, we switched to a reputable vendor who addressed our Sprinkler System deficiencies professionally, within a timely manner, and at about half the cost of what...
