Subway — Restaurant in Washington

Update: Sorry not sorry for updating with even fewer stars. Gave it one more try. Never, ever again. Couldn't be more disappointed. Service still felt like I was an unwelcome imposition. I asked for the bread and cheese to be toasted as she'd offered then said I wanted the patty heated through. Watched her put it in the oven then got chips and walked the register. Got home; still chilled like before. Actually gagged the taste, texture and overall feel were so disgusting. I've had this sub sandwich many times and never had this happen. For 2 of us the order was $60! Appalled. You're not the only game in town. Issaquah and North Bend aren't all that far away.

The veggie patty was refrigerator-cold. Had a very difficult time understanding the woman behind the counter (she had a heavy accent, spoke quickly, mumbled and looked away as she spoke) and when I asked her to repeat--very politely--she seemed to act as though it was my fault and again spoke quickly, mumbled and looked away. Finally I just told her simply and politely what I wanted done: everything toasted then heated except for the tuna sub. I got my chips and stood at the register waiting while a line of sandwiches was being prepared and assumed my sandwich was being heated. Got home and it was disgusting! $60 (SIXTY DOLLARS!) for indifferent service and food that was...

the people working here are NOT meant for customer service. not welcoming, not knowledgeable about how to ring up orders - they act like it’s a pain that you’re there and you really have to stay on top of what they’re doing and the portions you’re getting. i’ve seen the food in horrible condition - iced over, shriveled, clearly needing replaced, and they don’t seem to see a problem with it. they don’t use the scoops for portions and that causes problems too. i’ve been overcharged so make sure you watch them ring you up. i also just ordered the steak nachos and tried to make sure i got the nacho cheese sauce and the lady argued with me about it and it turns out the sauce she gave me was chipotle sauce. not very nacho-y. and every sandwich is pictured with toppings but the procedure is always to ask what you want on it - not with the nachos…she just put whatever she wanted on it. there’s also tension between that lady and the guy that works there - like, i’ve seen them play tug of war over a piece of bread and not in a playful way…in a controlling way. get your lives together, preston subway. if there were more restaurants around here, i’d...

If you want to feel like you are imposing on employees by trying to give them business, this is the place. We came here upon my son’s request. I arrived with my son who needed to use the restroom before we ordered. The woman working rolled her eyes and gave me the bathroom code. She had already put up a big sign that the bathroom was closed around 6:30, not late at night. The bathroom floor was very dirty and the light switch was incredibly dirty.

The woman made our sandwiches while acting annoyed and bored, and wrapped up my son’s sandwich before we even finished choosing the toppings. She was irritated to have to open up the wrapped sandwich to put more toppings on. Never once did she smile, try to act polite, or act like she was happy to help us. It was completely off putting. The store also has a big sign that they don’t accept Subway coupons.
