This past summer my daughter and I were hauling her horse from Oregon to Ft.Collins, CO. We had just passed Soda Springs when one of the trailer tires blew out, shredded and wrapped itself around the axle, and ripped out the wiring for most of the trailer lights. The trailer fuse box under the gooseneck was smoking, and as my daughter unloaded her horse I grabbed the fire extinguisher. I just thank God for His protection, and the incredible service and support we received after calling the Soda Springs Tire Factory. Within 15 minutes Jesse came out in a big service truck, got our spare on, and we headed back to their shop. Jesse then showed my daughter where to graze her horse while repairs were happening, and even brought a bucket of water for the horse. I will never forget the efficient, professional, and compassionate way this team of guys met our needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would because 5 stars doesn't...

I left Point S with a fixed up tire and a replaced oil filter. This costed me just about nothing.

I wanted my tire fixed because it went flat the other day. They repaired it and said it was my old rims that were causing it to leak air. I had thought it was a nail that was embedded in my tire and so brought this up to them afterwards. They were kind enough to come out with me and check it out. We couldn't find the nail, but they assured me that if there was a nail, it wasn't causing the air leakage problem. Because we had taken a look at the tire, we soon found out that I also had a bad oil leak. So- they kindly continued to work on my vehicle and replaced the filter that was causing that problem. Not only were these people diligent and hard at work, but they also knew how to show kindness and understanding. It really made me feel welcome without feeling nervous or unprepared about what might be wrong...

ATTN: Read this honest review and be warned. Leaving 2 stars because they did a good job siping my tires. However they broke my bolt and refused to replace it or even work with me. I tried to be civil and understanding and asked them to at least meet me half way. But NO they not only had "no time" for a family with children driving like that 30 miles they were also very harsh about it! Now point S in montpelier serviced my car and believe it or not also broke 2 bolts but THEY FIXED IT NO PROBLEM. Be aware that if they break something they'll fight you on it. Their excuse was whoever put it on didn't do it right, WELL MY ISSUE IS... WAS NOT BROKEN WHEN I TOOK IT IN, AND BLAME...
