Walked in wanting to make my six month insurance payment per usual a week before due date. I was told I hadn't made a payment in a year (false because I have my mailed paper statement). Then was told I was going to have to pay thirty dollars extra because I walked in to make a payment on time and in the office. (Mind you there was a client ahead of me who walked in to do the same and he was not charged thirty dollars) She also said if I did it online the thirty dollars would be waived. I tried. There is no way to pay online. Only a phone number that redirects you to the same office that just rejected my cash payment. I was so confused and upset. It doesn't matter I changed insurance company that same day! Thank you Costco!!!
