Vosti Park — Attraction in Soledad

Vosti park is probably the largest "park" in this town. There is a very small playground area for small children including a few old swings. The rest of the park is nothing but a seemingly neglected large field of dry grass used for play by local soccer teams. There are some bleacher stands and public bathrooms for spectators. To help fight crime, city police installed over 60 surveillance cameras throughout the small town, including a couple at Vosti park. Does the addition of cameras mean the park is a safe place? The park wasn't necessarilly unsafe to begin with. At least not during day time.
