This is a first-class joint! It has a classic and vintage feel, but with a modern touch. The customer service is amazing at this barber shop. I serendipitously discovered Bennett's Barber Shop when I was searching all over Santa Ynez Valley for some mustache wax. After coming up short at a nearby drug store, I saw Bennett's Barber Shop and decided it was worth inquiring if they sold it. Well, I don't think they sell mustache wax, but Mason (the barber I spoke with) gave me a new jar of the last one they had in their inventory...for FREE!! I didn't even buy a haircut; I just stumbled in with my motorcycle helmet on and asked Mason if they sold it, and he instantly handed me a jar and sent me on my way without charge (wow!). Best spot in Santa Ynez for hair cuts! Came in with my three boys, Bennett’s was able to accommodate us last minute! When we got there they had a tray full of quarters all ready for my boys to use in their vintage pin ball machine! Kept them so entertained while they waited. Staff offered us beverages and were so friendly and accommodating. Hair cuts were done quickly and efficiently but to perfection. My boys walked out of there looking like new men! We found Bennett’s online and after reading the great reviews, I decided to bring my son here. We are so happy we did! Bennett’s is now the only place I’ll bring my son for his haircuts. Mason is always easy to book with (we’ve done both last minute calls and ahead on boosky) and he does an impeccable job. He doesn’t rush - he really takes his time and my son always leaves looking and feeling his best. Mason is friendly, easy to talk to, relaxed, and reasonably priced.
