I was thankful I could get in and out Thursday/ same day as they were closed Friday for the holiday. I thought it was odd to ask for my passcode at drop off, kinda seems like an invasion of privacy. But fine whatever. Then I was asked if i wanted to pay the full amount at drop off, which I also found odd. Thankfully they let me pay $69 or something like that. When I picked it up, lady told me they weren’t responsible if the LCD gives out. I seen on the wall about warranty, she has no idea how to get that set up for me, after telling me the lcd could give out made me nervous. When she pulled the plastic off I noticed these air bubbles in the corners on my screen and then the glue all over the device. I took these pictures in my car the second I walked out. I mentioned them as soon as I seen them and she didn’t really say anything about it, just that she’d text me when the owner told her about the insurance. Which she never did. I work long 24 hour shifts and went to use my iPad Saturday for the first time since being fixed so I could do my homework and the touch wasn’t working. I’ve been to scared to mess with it since. I messaged them on Facebook Saturday as it was closed, and a holiday. Now it’s Monday, Haven’t been able to get a response. I have strep and have lost my voice so I’m unable to call. I’m just kinda disappointed in how much money I spent. I don’t think the air bubbles are suppose to be on...
Read moreFour visits and over 6.5 hours waiting to get a slow charging port fixed.
First visit to the store I went in for a charging port that was loose. Was told the phone needed a "cleaning" for $50. Waited over an hour, the lady came back and said the port needed to be replaced and had to be ordered. After the "cleaning" the phone would not charge at all.
Two days later the part was in and I went back to the store. Another hour plus wait, I left with a working charging port however now the microphone on my phone did not work.
Returned to the store the following day. After a 2 hour wait and having the technician dig through the trash to retrieve my old charging port and reinstall it. I left with a phone that once again did not charge and waiting for them to order the correct part.
Four days later was notified the part was in and returned to the store. Yet another 2 hour wait I finally left with a phone that charged and had a microphone.
This was truly a frustrating and time consuming experience. The store has no seating or area to wait.
The staff was quite rude and explained that...

He was incredibly professional. Mistakes happen and he made it right in my eyes. I would gladly do busy there again.
I took my iPhone 14 Pro Max in to replace the back I had broken. That repair was well over $300. Costly, but I agreed. They broke the screen taking off. They said it was completely white. Then I was told it would cost me to replace the screen, another $300 and some dollars. Now if l were a mechanic and someone has me work on their engine. If I dent the tender, l would have to fix it at my cost not the customer. But they, the professionals brake my screen and I have to pay for them to repair the damage to my phone. Great way to make extra money I guess. Next time, I'll just buy a new phone. It will cost me...
