Jazmín Furniture — Local services in Somerton

So where do I begin. 2weeks ago we went to "Jazmin furniture" On fb it said it was open at 10am Once we get there it was still closed. The owner posted she would open at 11am So I told my husband well since we already did a trip from the foothills all the way over here let's just wait and look around to make up the time. Once the hr passed. She posted she would open at 12pm. Which we decided that 2hrs was too much. So we left. This weekend we went back and purchased a whole bed set, drawer nightstand ect. Around $1,800. She said it would be delivered the next day. Which it was. BUT they got the wrong bed frame a king size and we asked for a queen And was told we had to pick up or wait until next week for them to bring it. So later that day I had to borrow a truck because I couldn't stand having my matress on the floor. We went they loaded the truck once I got home. They gaved me the wrong one again! Let me not say the mess they left behind. I couldn't walk in my room (i somewhat organized the boxes and the Styrofoam) I also called the owner and told her and all she said was " Mmm no estos hombres" and also asked to send her a picture of the mess they left. The guys who came to build the stuff was the husband and son. Gosh if they had asked for a fee to take the trash I'd pay since I dont own a truck. They showed up in a small truck and said the boxes wouldn't fit in their's, so they couldn't take them. Once they finished they didn't say anything at all! They just zoomed off. Very very unprofessional!! Very disappointed.

Más tarde ese día tuve que pedir prestado un camión porque no podía soportar tener mi colchón en el suelo. Fuimos y cargaron el camión una vez que llegué a casa. ¡Me volvieron a dar el equivocado! No quiero decir el desastre que dejaron. no podía caminar en mi habitación (organicé un poco las cajas y el poliestireno) También llamé a la dueña y le dije y todo lo que dijo fue "Mmm no estos hombres" y también le pedí que le enviara una foto del desastre que dejaron. Los muchachos que vinieron a construir las cosas fueron el esposo y el hijo. Dios, si me hubieran pedido una tarifa por llevar la basura, yo pagaría ya que no tengo camión. Llegaron en una camioneta pequeña y dijeron que las cajas no cabían en la de ellos, por lo que no podían llevarlas. Una vez que terminaron ¡no dijeron nada en absoluto! Simplemente se alejaron. I am going to update this because I had a horrible experience recently. Not only did they not improve on communication they lied, left a mess afterwards and it was just horrible. Not going back ever! They called me saying my bedset had arrived and agreed on a date. The girl calls me and says sorry it won't be here til Monday. Monday rolls around and I call to make sure they are going, she said no sorry until Friday. Fridays comes and to no one's surprise they didn't show until Saturday! The boyfriend and son show up and make a mess and left the boxes outside my house. That's not all oh no thats not all, they brought the wrong box spring. 😡 Just ridiculous!...
