La Cocina by Main Street Cafe — Restaurant in Somerton

Had a bad experience because my Mom had pre-ordered some cream cheese rolls a couple of days earlier and when it came to pick them up at noon today....no one knew what we were talking about and my Mom had given them her number and everything. So we still gave them a chance to make up for it and were told they would be ready at 3:00 pm and waited until 4:00 pm to pick them up, so they had time to have them ready. Nope....we got there and were told they are getting them wrapped up so we waited. But then after almost 30 minutes of waiting we were told if we could come back tomorrow (Thanksgiving) and I had enough. I think I'm giving them one star only because there's no blank stars. We got no apologies or anything like that for wasting our time ....after giving them plenty of chances to make up for it. Plus they were rude. So I hope they read this review and fix their system over there and learn customer service the correct way. People pre-order stuff so there's no mix up like this ....otherwise what's the purpose of...

Extremely bad customer service. It was my first time going and the last. I walked in and was not attended to. I waited around 30 mins and when I went to where the employees where (gossiping) I was still not acknowledged, even though they looked at me . I did not feel welcomed. Also what I noticed, the snowbirds that were dinning, were attended to immediately. Over all, bad service and the employees are rude and lack that customer service that other restaurants in...

Great place for any meal of the day! Amazing appetizers, main dishes for breakfast and lunch! They said they would soon be opening for dinner as well...can't wait!! Try the guacamole, chorizo, Chile rellenos, quaxaca latte! Everything here was tasty and incredible. The view is great for a desert sunset and the ambiance is stunning. Great staff and very friendly!
