Burger King — Restaurant in Somerton

People reviewed this place before it was even open. So take those 5 star reviews with a grain of salt.

I love Somerton and do my part in supporting local businesses, but this place ain’t vibing well. First, they dont carry some items that are listed on the menu, and havent since it open. Next, everytime you ask for cheese on a burger (say a Whopper), cheese is straight cold. Same as the buns, all cold with no toasting. Trying to give them a chance but they do it everytime. And last, employees are either rude, or extremely showing that they dislike working there. They may be new employees, but that shouldnt fly either way. Its basic customer service. Whole place feels rushed.

Jack in the Box has been here in Somerton for over 10 years, and sure, it’s the only big chain fast food here in town but I believe their customer service has helped them be here too. They are always nice, everytime im there, consistently over the years.

This Burger King has to get it together, or Ill just vote with my wallet and...

Food and people that work There are disgusting. I ordered for today Went to pick it up and my Frozen drinks. We’re not even Frozen drinks. They were all watering on top of that When Open the burgers, they were all full of mayo not eatable I when back and asked the lady for refund since they did that. She was so rude and lady told me she did the food and she didn’t do it like that. I told her you want me to show you. You can check your cameras and check how you give me the drinks to start with. And also did not provide straws, or the sauce that we ask. She has this attitude that she shouldn’t work in a place where she’s gonna have to deal with customer service and it’s not the first time that this happens maybe that’s the reason why that restaurant is always alone, and people prefer to go...

By far the worst example Burger King..they screwed up my order multiples times..they don't practice active listening..and they literally made me wait to refund my money and wasted my time and in the end ended up telling me I would have to pay for my order AGAIN if I wanted the order that they up screwed on. Horrible experience and all around customer service. You all need to go back to train on how to put the customer first. Would have given no stars if possible....
