Food was awesome; as always. The fries were perfectly crisp and flavorful. We got the truffle fries and the kim-fries (kimchi fries). The truffle fries came with what I am guessing was a garlic aioli dip. The kim-fries were absolutely phenomenal and had a perfect ratio of kimchi to fry. No need to dip these bad boys as they are smothered with Sriracha aioli - which added the perfect amount of heat. Yum!! The Korean cowboy burger was really good. I wished it was closer to medium rare than medium well buy still delicious. The burrito was large and packed full of all the yummy goodness. Burrito might be the favorite. I had a confirmed agreement with Kevin at Korasada to have his food truck for a fundraising event. We spoke, I sent at least 5 emails, he sent his menu and his electrical needs for the hook up. He did not show up the day of the event. When I called him he acted like he had no idea he was supposed to be there said he must have mixed up his calendars. He had no way of coming because he was at another event. He left us high and dry with no notice or care that we were left short handed. Consistently well prepared food, with great flavor and friendly chefs. Personal favorites are truffle fries which are steak cut and have excellent flavor.
