Stopped by this food truck today while it was at DHL in Westerville. Guys are super friendly. Ordered the Mikey Likes It. It is a garlic and chive bowl, Mac n cheese base, slow cooked shredded beef, suppose to have coleslaw but it was missing, bacon, corn, pepper jack cheese. Chipotle mayo and BBQ sauce. The bowl had no real texture once ingredients were loaded in it. The Mac n cheese was nice and smooth but no real cheese taste to me. Shredded beef was plentiful but a little dry. The waffle cone holders are more of a showpiece than an enhancer. I would recommend getting a regular bowl than the waffle since by the time you reach the waffle, it will likely be soggy mush. The pork and mac tasted good, but the dish was nearly cold upon serving (the sprinkle cheese toppings didn't melt).
