This is the first supermarket that refused to sell a product to because the cashier couldn’t scan the price. I had to spend five minutes rereading the bar code and getting another product only to find that my husband already paid and the item (leg of lamb) was off to the side instead of in the cart. When I asked why, the cashier said we couldn’t buy it because she couldn’t scan it even though the price was on the item. The cashier asked for help but the other staff person didn’t really attempt to fix the issue.
It was right before closing time. Lines were very crowded and there was one cashier until ten minutes before close.
The cashier didn’t apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience but was mostly civil. I like ALDIs products and prices but understaffing at the stores can create a mediocre customer experience like the one I had.

Read moreLet me be clear—I have no issue with Aldi as a company. I’ve always appreciated the value and efficiency this store brings. But what happened today, April 17, 2025, at 11 a.m., with the only cashier on duty, was absolutely unacceptable.
This woman was shockingly rude, dismissive, and outright disrespectful to customers. Her attitude was aggressive, and she even verbally insulted people. On top of that, I witnessed her refuse to sell mangoes to customers who were clearly following the same rules as everyone else—splitting purchases and checking out separately. If there’s a limit, it should be clearly posted and fairly enforced, not decided on a whim.
I strongly urge Aldi management to investigate this individual immediately. If nothing is done, I guarantee you that her behavior will drown this store in negative reviews. This isn’t personal—it’s about holding people accountable when they treat paying customers...

Soooo happy that this new location is only (5min) away from our house. Since opening thus far it’s always clean, it’s always stocked with fruits and vegetables. I also love that they carry things like baby, skin, clothing, home decor products, affordable paper towels, toilet tissue & this deliciously delectable Bake Shop triple chocolate créme cake worth every cent!! The store associates are always friendly, accommodating, courteous, quick, nice & patient. Other highlights, there’s a restroom(also clean), you can order online & get your food delivered to your front door. So far it hasn’t been packed with a lot of people & the line moves...
