This is my first bad review ever. I have 2 incidents with this place the only 2 times I have ever been. Was just there last night and was ashamed by how I was treated. I felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed. I started to place my order and the young lady who was taking my order seemed extremely annoyed to even take my order and even more annoyed that I was not sure what to get. I almost never eat at subway and had no clue how it all worked so you think that's what the staff is there for but no. Everytime I asked a question I was given scoffs and uhh's as if she had something better to do then what I would think is her job, which is to answer any questions and help me get just the sandwich I want, as I am a paying customer. I was never rude and expressed that I did not have my glasses so it was hard for me to read everything but that did not matter. I did leave in the middle of her making my sandwich and which I do feel terrible about because I know it is not the owner's fault to have lost a sale. They absolutely need to do a better job at training there staff.
Let's go back about 5 years where there was mold in my soft drink! I expressed to the lady at the counter that there was mold in my drink and she started automatically giving me an attitude. I pleseantly just asked her to please replace it with a bottled soft drink and to please get her soda machine checked/cleaned for mold. She continued to be rude and told me that I can leave if I wanted. Not sure if this is how customer service works here but I have been dealing with people my whole life in many different aspects of customer service and would never treat them the way this establishment...
Read moreThis rating is specifically because of an experience I had while ordering a 6 pack of cookies. Im leaving this review to help alert people, not really trying to make an accusation. The guy that took my order - short, has an accent (I won't assume where it is from). Thankfully I always ask for my receipt. After I left, as I looked over my receipt I noticed a tip charge that I was unaware of. I was told the total, I tapped my card and got my receipt - never saw a tips screen so I def did not choose a tip option. I shop with my card a lot, a tips screen is not easy to miss and this is the first time I've seen something like this happen. When I went back and showed my receipt to explain that I was overcharged with tips the guy got too uneasy for the type of energy I walked in with. I walked in calmy and he immediately went defensive and he said I tapped it which I didn't. I'm just hoping it was indeed a coincidence that my card tapped a tip option and it went through (or perhaps my finger somehow) and not a sneaky way to screw people over since most don't ask for a receipt. Read moreThe ABSOLUTE WORST Subway I have ever been to since I began eating at the chain in over a decade. The sandwich artist was....in a word..."trash". Nasty attitude from the beginning..I ordered a Steak and cheese...he hardly put any meat on it. I know it has cup measurements, but they were so under level. So much to the point that there wasn't enough meat to spread on the whole sub.
Two inches of the sandwich had no meat. I said numerous times, spread the meat over the bread at least. Captain Lazy A$$, acts literally like he...cannot understand English. I even said, "how much is extra meat." Some half gibberish answer, with no numerical amount was given.
This dude then attempts to put the cheese over the bare corner. It looked EXACTLY LIKE.............I WASNT GOING TO BUY THAT MESS. I said forget it dude, turned around and walked out. I have plenty of places to spend my money.
I hope he threw out that sandwich, because it was already made. Not...
