UPDATE 11/27/20: My couch was never ordered and no one ever called to tell me so I’ve been waiting for over a month for nothing. Called to speak to them and they offered me a $100 gift card to make up for it. However, not going to be using it because I just bought a couch from Raymour and Flannigan instead. Guess good service is only as good as actually receiving the product you thought you ordered from them.
Initial Review: We came to this Bobs location after visiting the Bridgewater NJ location who barely even provided us with subpar service - they seemed like they didn’t really want to be bothered by us. We liked the quality of the furniture so we decided to give this location a try instead of taking Bobs off our list of options all together. I’m really glad we did though bc from the front door staff to the management, everyone was extremely friendly, excited to help us, and very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to think about timing of delivery before purchasing so we slept on it the night before but ultimately decided to go back today to finalize our purchase, mostly because Ashley made us really feel like valued customers. She was right at the entrance and remembered us when we came back in today, as did Ruthy who was super friendly and thorough while checking temps at the door, along with manager Raj who remembered us by name. Today we also had the pleasure of working with Eileen and Ken who were extremely helpful and accommodating to our wants and needs. But Ashley was really amazing as she was very patient and understanding with us, especially when it came time to discussing our finances and options. UPDATE 08242018: I changed from 5 stars to 3 stars because I was delivered a damaged sofa and a damaged TV stand (damage on all pieces I purchased). Had to wait 30 minutes on the line for every call to get helped by their customer care. They will send out a technician to check it out in a week, but without any email confirmation. They could have sent me a new leg for me to replace myself, but they’d rather go the formal way.
UPDATE 08312018: Technician arrived and used touch-up markers to cover the scratches. These scratches are not visible in the dark, but are obvious under sunlight. Technician called the company for replacement, and handed the phone to me to schedule delivery date. I just hope I'm not delivered another broken piece.
UPDATE 09072018: Replacement piece arrived with a worse damage. It has a huge crack on the left face. Delivery guy tried to convince me that the color being off is the reason of the defect. As I told him there is an apparent crack on the console and that’s the defect, he remained silent. So far I have spent 2 vacation days just for Bobs broken furniture.
UPDATE 09152018: Finally a better replacement arrived. It has minor damage but I’m tired of the fiasco so I decided to receive it.

Tough it’s a new sofa, never experienced that feeling from the moment it was assembled in my living room Seat are not well aligned; few inches off from each other Right reclining seat’s head rest and back rest looks already worn out. Its already looks deflated / punctured Complete lack of comfort for brand new sofa. Scratches on all 3 seats. All seats were unpacked in the parking and brought upstarts to my 2nd floor unit without any covering to prevent any scratches Overall delivered product does not at all feel like brand new item
But BOB claims it to be simply feature of sofa and not quality issue.
I have asked delivery guys to take it back to warehouse; but they did not bother to listen and left immediately.
Its been more than a month now and not getting any help either from local store or customer service to acknowledge the issues. I really want to get a new sofa as soon as possible but it’s very difficult to contact customer care and talk to someone.
As per BOB policy you can expect full refund once the merchandise is delivered to your home. Since I already made the payment, feels like been looted after looking at substandard quality. I am very much stunned and disappointed.
