Thanks manager (Cynthia) I had an awful experience thanks to you. I have been going here over 40 years. I am not a bowler but my husband and my son are. I bowl with smallest ball there is. We went there to spend some time together with some family and friends and rented 2 lanes. All the girls were in one lane and since we don’t know how to bowl and we were using the yellow 6 pounder balls and asked for bumper. The attendant said he could not place the bumpers because we were all adults. I asked to speak to a manager an Cinthia spoke to me in a demeaning tone saying if If I was asking for a favor and she had to see us bowl first. What a power trip! The lane got stuck more than 7 times that we could hardly finish the game before the hour had finished. I will not be returning anytime soon and will surely tell all my friends of my awful experience. The management needs to get some training on speaking...
