Pizza Cubana — Restaurant in Florida

Revision: I’ve since changed from a 1 star to a 4 star rating because the service has gotten considerably better

Old Review: I don’t dine in because it usually takes a while to be served. It seems the staff forgets they’re not actually in Cuba sometimes... We ordered pizza this weekend and it was $15 for a ham and cheese pizza with zero description of size. Obviously, we think that’s a large pizza because $15 for a personal seems absurd right?? No one would charge that for a small pizza, right? Wrong. Between a personal pizza and some spaghetti we paid roughly $37! Between the overpriced food and poor customer service I won’t be returning here(after years and years of coming because I do like the food). You’re better of driving to Hialeah and going to polo Norte or Rey’s Pizza because at least you get what...

Awful service, food (pizza and spaghetti) took almost an hour to be served, tge waitress came once to our table and ask if everything was ok and of course my response was: how could I tell you if you had brought us any food? This place with that kind of service, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Please for the sake of the business, address this issues and try to improve it if you want to stay in business. I'm a business man myself and if something like this happens in mine, which is on the Insurance industry, I would immediately. I have my business for over 40 years and would never allow or my managers for giving such poor service...

So one afternoon we where looking for a place to eat, we didnt want pizza since we had already eaten a couple of days before and we were trying to eat healthy.. we didnt want cuban food because we had been eating also cuban food lately... soo, driving by the area we found the perfect place!
