We went around 4:45 p.m. Saturday afternoon 4/5/25. We like the furniture. It's cozy and homey. The food is meh ..my family ..we all got empanadas and and they were all cold. We didn't know we have to ask to warm them. There was another customer nearby that told us you have to ask. It would be nice like other places to just give it to us warm without asking. Why would we want to eat cold empanadas?? Makes it look like you're trying to save electricity. Secondly, it was expensive as hell, so warming it up for us would make it more worth spending $4-5 on Venezuelan and Argentinian empanadas. The lady wasn't exactly warm and friendly. I never saw a smile. If you have a camera there, you will see your arms were crossed leaning up against her counter while she waited for us to order. We have to call her up and ask her what the empanadas were. Maybe you should put a little sign showing what each food is so that we don't have to ask what they are. When she brought them to our table, which was actually nice, she didn't tell us what they were. I had to take the tray and ask her what each one was again. She rolled her eyes or like looked up before telling me, but I understand the frustration of having to tell us again, but she probably shouldn't have rolled her eyes because isn't this her job? And it wasn't even like really busy or anything. $30 for 4 empanadas,2 diet Coke cans, and a cortadito. I think warming up the empanadas without being asked could make the $30 not sting so much in these hard times. By the way they don't have any Cuban empanadas. The Venezuelan one is made of corn and the Argentinian one is made of wheat. The Argentinian ham and cheese, In addition to being cold, had like no cheese in it, cuz I couldn't taste or see it, and very little ham. It looks bigger than what it is. I know you blow air in it to make it puff bigger but you really should put more cheese in it because I couldn't taste it I'm more ham. The amount was ridiculous for the price. It felt like...

Remember, the costumers have plenty of options where they can buy a cup of coffee. Don Pan doesn't give free coffee or food,we have to PAY for it,dont act like you are doing us a favor.

Read moreThe workers have the air conditioning extremely cold (without exaggeratation), I order croqueta and 7 empanadas. Served me one and had to wait for the other 6 to get made. My food got cold because of how RIDICULOUSLY and UNNECESSARYLY cold it was in there. I was told to wait 12 minutes and ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the artic restaurant. I dont recommend this place unless you want to freeze and receive cold food. Long story short. Restaurant is too cold, food was cold, they take forever to serve, and nothing in the bakery is ever prepared you would have to wait to receive food. Would not...
